| Terms and Conditions |
- This Contest shall commence on 16th May 2008 and shall close on 28th May 2008.
- This contest is open only to Indian citizens who are residents of India.
- The contestants can participate in the contest by logging on to ndtvgoodtimes.com or ways and means
promoted on the Good Times channel.
- Three winners will be chosen by lucky draw and will be given one Couple Entry Pass for the T 20 final match, which will be held
in Mumbai
- Participants can submit as many entries as they wish to send.
- NDTV Lifestyle Limited would announce the Winner at the end of the contest. The Winner shall also be
intimated at his/her correspondence address as available with NDTV Lifestyle Limited.
Decision of the Management of NDTV Lifestyle Limited in this regard shall be final and
no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
- The Prizes shall not be transferable.
- The Prizes are subject to the laws of India. The Prize would be delivered / handed over to the Winner
on proper identification and verification.
- NDTV Lifestyle Limited shall not be responsible for the non-delivery of the passes/tickets for any reason
not attributable to NDTV Lifestyle’s default or for reasons beyond the control of NDTV Lifestyle.
- NDTV Lifestyle Limited will have the rights to reproduce all the entries on TV, internet, mobile or in print.
The passes can be collected from NDTV office in Mumbai on 31st May or the 1st of June between 11 am to 7 pm.
Winners will have to represent their ID proof (in original) as specified in the registration form at the time of collecting the passes.
NDTV Lifestyle Limited would give due credits to the contestant.
- Minors below the age of 18 years are not entitled to participate in the Contest.
- NDTV Lifestyle Limited will not be responsible for any incomplete entries, or entries
hat cannot be deciphered
- In order to avoid fraudulent delivery, identification proof would be provided by the winner.
- In case of incomplete identification, the prize will not be dispatched or handed over to the winner.
- NDTV Lifestyle Limited will not be responsible for loss of the prize/tickets in transit or once they are handed
over to the winners.
- Employees of NDTV Group, other agencies and suppliers involved with the contest and their relatives shall
not be entitled to participate in any manner.
- All rights, title and interest in the promotional material(s) and any/all entries received shall vest solely and
exclusively with NDTV Lifestyle Limited at all times.
- All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi only.
- NDTV Lifestyle Limited can change, alter or cancel this contest in part or full or change all or any part of terms
and conditions that are applicable, with out giving prior intimation of any kind and being liable for any consequential
losses/damages.
- Nothing here in amounts to a commitment or representation by NDTV Lifestyle Limited to conduct further or other
schemes/contests.
- Decision of NDTV Lifestyle Limited is final and cannot be changed. No communication will be entertained this regard by NDTV Lifestyle.
- The winners will be announced on May 26, 2008 on www.ndtvgoodtimes.com
- Winners have to make their own arrangements for travel to and accomadations in Mumbai. NDTV Lifestyle will not make any such
arrangements for the winner.
- It is the sole responsibility of the contestants to ensure that they are entitled to participate in this contest as per the
applicable law in of the state where they reside.
