M husband is 56 years of age. In 2006, during a master check up it was diagonised that he has Neurogenic Bladder. He had a cystoscopy then and he is on CIC for the last 2 years. He is otherwise healthy-no diabetes, no hpertension or such related problems. He is 5"8" and weighs 69 kgs.He also developed seizures durng this master check up time and he is on EPTOIN 300mg every night. He is otherwise healthy-no diabetes, no hpertension or such related problems. He is 5"8" and weighs 69 kgs. His creatnine levels are normal and doctor says not to worry as long as his kdney functions are normal. He is presently employed in a senior position overseas. By nature he is a positive oriented person and not much quite worried. heard the EPTOIN may cause some liver problems. Is it true? What should the diet of such person be? Please advise? I want to prevent any health problems due to this.

I joined your clinic three years ago and lost 15 kgs but the moment I left it, the weight gradually has come back. I rejoined it again and found the dietian (Dr. Amit at your Panchsheel centre) was just printing stuff from the computer and not really listening to my needs. I tried changing the centre to Vasant Vihar (which then moved to Safdarjung Enclave) and found after sometime it was the same practice i.e. mechanically printing stuff off the computer and mailing it to you. This really put me off as I was paying a lot and eventally lost faith in it. This is not only my experience but many other people who have dropped out of your programme.

I wonder if you are aware about this situation and also do you ever do checks as to why people are suddenly dropping out.
I want to still lose weight but want a personalised approach. What can you suggest?

Awaiting your response.

Vandana
